					<description>arry..excess uric acid is known to be disposed of in biletoo.Your body could be in a serious mode of dumping thisstuff..WOOPS!/PARDON the pun..you certainlly don't want to plugyourself up..OR dehydrate yourself..trapping this stuffinside..having the runs/dehydration is BAD..stick with LOTS! ofwater..I'ld eat obviouslly healthy..not make any drastic changes..andstick to stuff that stays in.I would lean toward dealing with thisruns issue AND the dehydration first.If a NICE! steak sandwich onthick toast sits well in your stomach..I'ld be furgettin' about thegout..extra purine load for a bit and concentrating on mystomach..AND EATING! that sucker..the allopurinol is MORE thancapable of dealing with the extra u/a from it.    Allo should be taken with food or milk

    Maybe if neccessary cut back on the allo for a bit..ramp up again..</description>
