Hi..I can't remember if they are so called "triggers" or not..mymind has wrestled ENOUGH with the trigger aspect(and MAY be a bitgouty).Someone out here will probablly know..and be happy to helpout.. Yes there is a list(s)..I'm pretty sure that there is one outhere..again..someone out here will know..and will be happy to know.

One thing I did notice about those lists..is that they tend tochange..and then more "new" lists come along..next thing youknow..you have a WHOLE bunch of contradictory lists..one says NEVERto eat this and another says to ONLY EAT THIS.

I personally think it is time both that there was a COMPOSITElist..both anecdotally and otherwise of things that pretty much DON'Tcause attacks..

I can start a bit here..perhaps others can help out and add to it.

     Water is GREAT!

The following HAVE been named as triggers.Alcholicproducts, meat,a LOT of fish, caffeine, chocolate, the pea/beanfamily,potatoes,any of the nightshade family, anything with yeast init, oats, eggs, tomatoes, dairy products(except butter/cream..I don'tthink I have seen them named),sugar, pretty much anythingrefined,salt,spices/spicy foods,BROCOLI!..is the "new" REAL BADBOY!..other leafy vegetables, frying oil,

    I don't believe that I have seenlettuce,rhubarb,carrots,turnips,squash,corn,cucumbers,oranges,bananas,pears,cherries,blueberries,apples,pineapples,strawberries,figs,dates,raisins,watermelon,melon,cantaloupe,grapefruits,beets,OR VODKA??(I'mnot kidding..I haven't heard of it as being a "trigger".

Anyone else please feel free to add to the trgger list..EVEN someof the things that I have not heard as triggers..please let's notturn this argumentative..try not to take stuff OFF the trigger list..

I'm sure I have missed a lot of stuff..
