Heavy metals, pb, allopurinol
Lead has always been a factor in gout. It is usuallyignored by doctors treating gout however.
Most blood and urine tests for heavy metals reallyonly detect recent exposure; a lead burden test is farmore time consuming and expensive but reveals the leadcontent of an adult whose exposure was quite some timeago.
This Three attacks prior to going on allopurinoldoctor should read more recently developed guidelines.
I think the optimal treatment is no NSAIDS,allopurinol right away at 300-400mg with a maintenancedose later of 100mg. This brings uric acid levels downand in the one study of this not one subject hadanother gout attack. There have been very few studiesthat have tried to determine just how low your uricacid levels have to go to avoid future gout attacks.

The geniuses at the ADA (blacksmiths who found out they could makebig bucks with mercury filled amalgams and poison the planet forprofit with limited skills ) or the FDA(the guys who get theinformation for the medicines they approve from the manufacturer)I’m sorry I dont trust all the quacks , but I am seeing results withmy current one .If metal isnt indeed an issue , and allopurinolmakes you mobile enough to walk, you will probably step in a bigpuddle of toxic sludge and die from some other complication.Mercury must be stopped !I was in no way hacking on you , you sound well informed and I canlearn something from anyone . I want to hear a cure , a causenot a cover up. so dont get comfortable on me
