Hey..actually no I don’t..but I have read/came to understand thatallopurinol is/has been synthesized ALMOST exactly to mimic thebodies own handling/production of uric acid..this is why people cantake it for like ever.It has also been said that allopurinol is thesafest drug there is..judging from it’s closeness in activity to ourown body chemistry..and the fact that it has been widely used for 40years by a LOT of people with very,very few serious problems..oddisn’t it..people pop all kinds of stuff..aspirin..that ishistorically NOT safe..
Trick question about where the gout is..interesting..I also thinkit is the Polynesians..my rheumatologist is from that area and ALLthe women in his family have it..
Some say that the gout comes when they start a western diet..orwhen they come here.There is no proof of that..perhaps they weresuceptible..odd that if the diet caused it and they go back to theirold diet..Mr gout follows..
