I tried this spray pain relieving liquid,

which worked great. Kool'N Fit spray in a 2 oz bottle is availablefrom koolfitamerica.com of which I have no connection. It worked sowell in dulling the pain that I could go to work and sleep withoutthe excruciating pain. I just wanted to share this option with thegroup. It was truly a blessing, just spray it on and within secondsthe pain went from a 10 to a 2, 10 being the worst. Good luck andstay positive.

If you really have gout, you will eventually have to take medicationor suffer the worst of crippling consequences.

If you look in th old literature gout is described as the worst ofthe crippling arthritus diseases and there is no way 0you can controlit long term with diet or water. Perhaps you can increase your waterintake to such a level that you rid your system of uric acid but thatmeans doubling your normal intake every day of your life for the restof your life. Moreover, the water alone may not work.

You can probvably get the current attack to go away with lots ofwater and stop eating purenes. Stay with starch like rice andpotatoes. Eventually though you need some protine so you will have tocarefully regulate how much and what you eat.

The problem you are having is inflamation and anti inflamatory drugsdo a nice job of controlling inflamation. If you don't want to getthe stronger antiinflamatory drugs most doctors perscribe for gout, then take Aleve or even Ibprofin.

If not I do feel sorry for you. I can't imagine why you won't take ananti-inflamatory drug but to each his own.
