					<description>Brenda, there are so many different suggestions....Drink more water seems to be commonly accepted as a good thing.It seems to make little difference to me what I eat - I think onlysome of us are affected by what we eat. It is always worth tryingcutting out some of the things 'they' say bring on gout, and see if itworks for you. But like I said, every list I look at has different things:alcohol, red meat, seafood, pulses, peas, mushrooms, spinach,and the list goes on....

My best advice - avoid dehydration - increase your daily intake ofwater.</description>
