					<description>For all intents and purposes..a bad enough gout attack..andbasically anyone heads for the med's.Bad enough again..and they stayon them..for a lot of people..like myself..there is no other way.Youshould try and be free of this attack,off medications,don't makedrastic changes in diet/exercise/lifestyle.Get a rheumatologist..andget a few blood tests for uric/acid.You need a few relatively similartests(readings).Once gout free you can be pretty sure that if youruric acid levels again reach this point..another gout attack.Tryfirst with diet to lower the levels.If this doesn't work you willneed a drug to eliminate the u/a..or reduce it.Failure to controlthis will lead to..probablly much more serious consequences.Don't befooled by scams/old wives tales..that you think are/may beworking..and end up with big problems.</description>
