					<description>This sounds like gout to me, but I am no doctor..When I was firstdiagnosed (I was 22), the doctor said he had never seen an incidencein a young person before. My new doctor (who also does research)tells me the incidence of gout attacks has been increasing and hasnot been conforming to to the traditional profile of people it has inthe past. I would get the further tests done.</description>
